Ergovita PhysioBall for Pregnancy Workout

The e-book PhysioBall for Pregnancy Workout is intended for pregnant women with regular pregnancy without complications in order to prepare them for delivery through exercise.

Since a ball is the best prop for workout during pregnancy, the Ergovita recreation program, devised by the senior physiotherapist, combines the utilisation of the ball, exercise mats and elastic bands.

Why is Ergovita PhysioBall exercise program suitable for home recreation?

Because it contains completely efficient basic exercises whose implementation does not require too much time.

Because during workout there is a spontaneous transition between different positions of the body, which makes memorizing exercises and exercizing during the later months of pregnancy easier.

Because by doing long-term training you prepare your body for:

  • every stage of pregnancy during which you will feel better,
  • delivery, by providing yourself with strength to actively participate in the process, and
  • for postpartum days by enabling yourself to faster and more easily fit into your old clothes and be a «fit Mom».
The decision to create a recreation concept which prepares the muscular structure of pregnant women for delivery under the supervision of a physiotherapist was developed gradually while working on individual basis with smaller groups of pregnant women.

Through the analysis of dangers and advantages of workout during pregnancy, as well as years-long medical experience and two-fold personal experience as a mother, the author (senior physiotherapist) can vouch for the authenticity and efficiency of the Physioball pregnancy exercise program.

Usage Recommendations

The Ergovita exercise program lasts approximately 40 minutes and is performed at one's individual pace. It is recommended to do the exercises and relaxation 3 times a week.
